"Heads up: this is better than it looks"
Just a quick warning for anyone on the fence: the materials are actually really sturdy and soft, way better than I expected. I thought it might feel cheap, but it doesn’t at all.

"Surprisingly Holding Up Well"
We bought a bunk bed and dresser from Pottery Barn Kids last year, i was a little suspicious at first that it wouldn’t live up to the price. My two kids are rough on furniture, so I kept waiting for something to loosen, wobble, or start looking beat up. But both pieces still feel really solid and look nice. There are a few tiny scratches, but that’s basically unavoidable in our house. The drawers still slide smoothly, nothing is shaky, and so far I don’t really have anything to complain about. Happy with it.

"Easy Registry Experience"
I used Pottery Barn Kids for my sister’s baby registry, it was a smooth experience. I found her registry quickly, checkout didn’t take long, and the gift shipped without any problems. My sister was happy with it too, so I’d definitely use it again.

"Cute, but not really worth the full price"
I ordered a kids quilt and a small storage basket from Pottery Barn Kids. They’re both cute and the designs are really nice, but for the price, I expected better. The quilt was thinner than I thought it would be, and the basket had some loose stitching that felt avoidable. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still disappointing when you’re paying that much. Shipping also made the total jump up more than I expected. I like the style, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

"My order showed up with one…"
My order showed up with one corner dented, which made me a little nervous at first because I wasn’t sure if it would be a hassle to fix. Thankfully, customer service was quick to respond and reassured me right away that they’d take care of it. They sent out a replacement fast, so while the delivery wasn’t perfect, I felt a lot better with how they handled everything.

"Great chair, just wish I’d ordered sooner"
I ordered this chair for my son and of course my only regret is the timing, because I should’ve gotten it way earlier. He curls up in it every night now and seems totally comfortable. It’s soft, cozy, and I haven’t heard a single complaint from him.

"The personalization came out adorable!"
I ordered a backpack with my daughter’s name on it, when I saw the stitching, I was SO relieved. It was clean, easy to read, and the colors actually matched what I picked online, which felt like a small miracle because I was definitely nervous! The only reason I’m taking off one star is because shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I was basically checking for updates like my life depended on it. But the personalization itself turned out great and looks like it’ll hold up really well.

"I like some of the stuff from…"
I like some of the stuff from Pottery Barn Kids, but I don’t know why the return process had to be so annoying. I waited way too long just to get the return label, and then the refund took forever even after they received the item back. Customer service was okay, but they didn’t really do much to help move things along.

pottery barn kids has a lot of really sweet stuff, especially if you’re into soft colors and that classic, clean look. the site is easy to browse and the room setups are nice to look at. but after a while, a lot of it starts to feel kind of the same to me. everything is very beige, white, or pastel, and i wish there were more playful options that felt a little less perfect. overall, it’s great for ideas, but the style feels a bit too polished and pricey for my taste.

I ordered a kids bookshelf and, i was a little worried it might arrive late. But nope, it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the box looked good when it got here. Overall, super smooth experience and I’m really happy with it...

"Nice quality, but the fit could be better"
I ordered this bedding for my kid’s room, and overall the quality seems good. The fabric feels nice enough, and it definitely made the room feel more put together, which was really what I was hoping for. That said, the fit was a little off. The sheet was tighter than expected on the mattress and took some tugging to get it on properly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for the price, I did expect it to fit a bit more easily.

I found a bed I really liked, but it kept going out of stock every time I checked. The restock took quite a while, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be worth waiting around for. Once it was finally available, ordering it was fine, but the whole experience was frustrating.
